Civil & Structural Design

RCC, steel and composite for residential, commercial, industrial, PEB, educational and public buildings. Retaining walls (diaphragm, sheet pile, contiguous, secant). Water and liquid retaining structures. Culverts, bridges, façades, tensile structures. Chimneys, silos, bunkers and oil storage tanks.

Mathematical Modelling & Analysis

3D modelling and rendering, performance-based design, site-specific and code-based response spectrum, linear and non-linear dynamic analysis, pushover and P-delta — the rigour behind every design decision.

Solar PV Design

Electrical: 2D pre-engineering, SLD, earthing, transformer engineering, STAAD, DC/AC cable schedules, 25-year PVSyst energy estimation, fault analysis. Civil: site grading, MMS optimization, foundations (HT/LT panel, switchyard, inverter, watch tower), road network, drainage. Ground-mount and rooftop.

Drawings

Working drawings, BOQ, DTP, BIM-coordinated. Peer-reviewed and proof-checked before issue. Documented sign-off.

Do you provide structural audit and proof-checking?
Yes. We carry out structural audits for existing buildings (load assessment, condition survey, retrofit recommendations) and independent proof-checking of third-party designs. Both come with documented reports defensible before any regulator or insurer.
Can you handle full EPC delivery, or only design?
Both. Most clients use us for design + drawings + tender support. For clients who prefer a single point of accountability, we offer end-to-end EPC across structural, civil and solar PV — with vetted execution partners on the ground.
What software do you use for structural analysis?
STAAD.Pro and ETABS for the bulk of structural analysis. SAFE for slab and foundation. Tekla Structures and Revit for BIM. AutoCAD for working drawings. PVSyst for 25-year solar energy estimation. SketchUp for concept visualization.
Do you design per Indian Standards?
Always. Our default code set is IS 456 (concrete), IS 1893 (seismic), IS 800 (steel), IS 875 (loads), IS 13920 (ductile RCC), IS 3370 (water retaining), and NBC 2016. International codes available on request for export-facing projects.
How long does a typical project take?
For a single residential building (G+4 to G+9): 3–6 weeks from brief to issued drawings. For industrial plants, large solar PV or complex structural audits: 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We commit to a timeline at the start and we hold it.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?

What is your fee structure?
Fees are scope-based, quoted after the free consultation. We're not the cheapest option in the market — we're transparent about that. Our value sits in optimized quantities, code-defensible drawings, peer-reviewed design and long-term support.
